Kentrol/Sevco can perform instrument calibration services and supply NIST traceable reports, in addition to providing full-service gauge filling capabilities.
- Instrument Calibration - Calibration of all process instrumentation. Pressure, Temeperature, Flow, Level.
- PID Loop Tuning - Complete tuning of PID loop with five point verification of loop response.
- Start-up Services - A team of experienced instrument technicians can assist in the start-up of major process systems projects.
- Scheduled Periodic Instrumentation Maintenance and Calibration - Our service technicians can be scheduled to come into your facility at predetermined intervals during the year to keep your instrumentation and associated systems tuned and performing within required specifications.
- Troubleshooting of Instrumentation Systems - The engineering staff of our Systems Group has a great deal of experience providing solutions to difficult process control problems.
- Data Recording for Validation and Certification - The calibration and tuning of process instrumentation is recorded to meet the required documentation specifications for the validation of process systems (FDA). The information can be provided to the client in a format that meets their data recording requirements.
