FEBRUARY 28, 2010 – Tyco Flow Control is pleased to announce the release of the TYCO PRV²SIZE Pressure Relief Valve and Vent Sizing and Selection software. OCTOBER 1, 2009 – Kentrol/Sevco, a division of F.W. Webb Company, has acquired Control Equipment Corporation of Cazenovia, NY. Control Equipment Corporation, (CEC), is a major supplier of automated and control valves to industries in the upstate New York market. Along with their broad product line offering, Control Equipment Corporation also brings enhanced service capabilities such as field and shop repair for control and relief valves to our customer base.

The addition of Control Equipment to the Kentrol/Sevco line-up also brings 100+ years of experience in the application, sizing, selection, and servicing of control valves.

Along with their direct manufacturer support, Control Equipment Corp. will be the technical support for F.W. Webb Company across their marketing region.

DECEMBER 30, 2008 – F.W. Webb has acquired O'Connor & Senecal Inc. (OSI) of Sutton, MA. OSI is a Manufacturer's Representative of major instrumentation product lines, the principal one being Endress+Hauser. Alan Senecal and his team will become an integral part of Kentrol/Sevco. General Manager Daryl Schoellkopf will be responsible for the combined OSI and Kentrol/ Sevco operations. This makes Kentrol/ Sevco the most comprehensive source for valves, automation and now process control instrumentation!
